MODELING AND ESTIMATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF M&A DEALS IN UKRAINIAN PRACTICE

Abstract
This article focuses on the study of the success of mergers and acquisitions deals. Hypotheses regarding the success of M&A deals in the Ukrainian market according to the sample of the study have been put forward. As a result it was found that more than half of the transactions did not lead to an increase in margins of profitability. According to the assessment econometric model to test the relevance of the hypotheses was constructed.
