Journal Title: Вісник Кременчуцького національного університету імені Михайла Остроградського - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 103
Abstract
Purpose. To design the model of ore dynamics taking into consideration all technological stages of mining and pro- cessing enterprise with a further comparative analysis of energy consumption in terms of multi-zone electric power tariffs. Methodology. The following methods have been applied: economical and mathematical modeling, method of graphical analysis and inference for interpretation of visual images and simulation modeling results. Also, methods of comparison, theoretical synthesis and critical analysis have been used to study recent scientific works and existing ap- proaches on modeling of energy consumption at mining enterprises and to determine the perspective of further research. Results. The mathematical model of ore supply dynamics has been developed taking into consideration both all the technological levels of mining and processing plant and multi-zone tariffs for electricity which are practically used in all modern production enterprises. The model analysis has been made to examine the ore supply dynamics of the mining and processing plant and to identify the ways of influence on the level of plant’s energy consumption. As a result feasi- bility of further research as for the automation system creation for management and control of energy consumption in mining enterprises has been proved. Originality. For the first time, multi-zone tariffs for electricity have been consid- ered in ore supply dynamics modeling. Practical value. Controlling of ore supply dynamics in frames of multi-zone tariffs makes possible to influence energy consumption level of mining and processing plant. The developed model can be adapted and used to manage real production process. References 10, tables 0, figures 4.
