MODELING OF THE PROCESS OF THE BORROWING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Purpose – to simulate the process of borrowing by enterprise in Ukraine. Methodology of research. Methodological basis of research is the method of structural-functional modeling with use of CASE technology (Computer-Aidied Software /System Engineering), is a set of methodologies for the analysis, design, development, and decomposition of complex systems, supported by the automation system. AllFusion PM is a tool for modeling business processes, supports three standard notations – IDEF0 (functional simulation), DFD (data flow modeling) and IDEF3 (workflow modeling). Findings. Developed structural-functional model of a business process policy borrowing company that gives you the opportunity to present this process in the standard IDEF0. Policy borrowing enterprise is to provide the most effective forms and conditions of raising borrowed funds from various sources in accordance with the needs of enterprise development. The process of policy borrowing by the enterprise includes the sequence of the following stages: analysis of process to engage and leverage the enterprise; defining the purpose of the borrowing; determination limit; estimation of cost of borrowing; determination of the ratio of borrowed funds on terms of involvement; development of activities to attract borrowed funds enterprise. Originality lies in the improvement of control process of the borrowing enterprise, which, unlike the existing one, takes into account a functional model of the policy making process of the borrowing enterprise. The proposed sequence of steps allows formation of financial strategy of the enterprise, because of the fullness, comprehensiveness, and proper implementation of the process of borrowing depend on the results of the company. Practical value is that the proposed approaches to policy-making borrowing, the company will provide the opportunity to achieve maximum efficiency in the formation of financial strategy of enterprise.
