Modeling of the Stress-Strain State of Metal Structures of the Glass Melting Furnace in Transitional States when it is Put into Operation

Abstract
The article presents modeling of the stress-strain state of furnace strapping frame. It was described the method of constructing the design scheme of the bathroom glass melting furnace at its commissioning. Spatial calculation model is as close as possible to the real structure of the object. It was designed the algorithm of collecting loads in a system framework implementation data in a computer system. A feature of the estimated model is non-stationary mode and technological methods in the operation of a real object, the increased temperature of operation of structures, including the joint work of the metal framework and the refractory lining of the furnace when it is significant shrinkage. Estimated combinations of loads are made for each of the stages of the furnace introduction into operation. Numerical values of the actual stress-strain state of the metal frame of the furnace during the commissioning are obtained. On the basis of the experimental data, a comparative analysis of the obtained values with the values of the analytical calculation of the furnace model in the LIRA-CAD PC was made. The technique of entering into the calculation scheme for the dissolution of strings of the furnace roof was developed.
