Abstract
Sanitation settlements posed many problems, technicians and managers are therefore facing more and more problems of development and management controlling of sewage. In recent years, the use of computers has become indispensable and essential for most studies of development and decision support. The quantitative importance and diverse data, in relation to sewage systems and spaces involved in the collection, has raised the idea of using geographical information systems, which gave a great impulse and efficiency to manage these networks. These systems rely on a mapping and a descriptive database necessary oversimplification, and set discretize a sewer. To do this, structuring data modelling at different levels of perception of the network is essential. In this context, this work is to develop a conceptual data model and contribute to the formation of the network database to clean up the capital of the township Chetouane and its management with a geographic information system. This operation requires a prior knowledge of the existing with a comprehensive inventory of all data related to sewage systems and their operation.
