Abstract
Розглянуто теоретичні основи конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Використано модель п’яти сил конкуренції М. Портера, яка складається з виявлення загрози появи нових гравців, рівня конкурентної боротьби, загрози появи продуктів, ринкової влади постачальників, ринкової влади покупців. Даний підхід дозволить глибоко вивчити конкурентне середовище підприємства та вжити заходів щодо підвищення його конкурентоспроможності
