МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ПРОЦЕСІВ ДИФУЗІЇ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНО-ЗНАННЄВИХ АКТИВІВ У СИСТЕМАХ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ

Abstract
У статті розглянуто моделювання процесів дифузії інтелектуально-знаннєвих активів в системі менеджменту підприємств. Запропоновано організаційно-комунікаційні моделі дифузії інтелектуально-знаннєвих здобутків серед персоналу систем менеджменту промислових підприємств у процесі їх інтелектуалізації, що дозволяє формувати динаміку зміни чисельності: інтелектуально активних фахівців, які є інтелектоносіями та поширюють новизну; фахівців системи менеджменту, які швидко сприймають інтелектуальну новизну; персоналу індиферентного до інтелектуальної новизни.
