МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ЗАМІСУ У ЗМІШУВАЛЬНОМУ БАКУ ПРИ ВИРОБНИЦТВІ СПИРТУ

Abstract
Modeling of technological processes allows us to conduct an analysis, which results in the possibility to evaluate the current technological process of the enterprise, as well as explore the potential for optimizing the present or the introduction of new technological processes. The urgency of this direction of work, due to the conduction of model research and review of the capabilities of the controller ds1104, to apply it to control the process of water and heat treatment. Working with dSPACE products offers simple, fully integrated development environments that set new standards for project and model development. They can be used throughout the process of creating and developing a particular type of technical project or in its individual phases. The purpose of this work is the choice of compatible and flexible means of computer design and modeling, development of software and hardware complex, which allows to verify and optimize the process of water-heat treatment in the production of alcohol.
