Models of Effective Human Resources Management in Medical Institutions

Abstract
In this article the importance of human resources for the effective functioning of medical institutions in terms of the formation of human resources has been determined; the importance of training; human resource management issues have been considered in the health services; the approach to the management of human resources in the health services has been offered in the form of two blocks: the organizational unit and the key areas of work with the staff, which considers the human resources management process mainly of socio-psychological management methods, and less the administrative and economic methods; the model to calculate the human resources management in the health services has been developed, also the implementation of this model based on Yasinovatskii central district hospital has been executed.
