Public Administration of Life Population Quality

Abstract
The article substantiates the need to improve the public administration process in the region in order to improve the quality of services provided by state and local authorities in order to improve the quality of life of the population, and recommendations are developed on the implementation of the provisions of the international quality standards of the ISO 9000 series in public authorities.
