Abstract
The article describes peculiarities of business management. Outlined and analyzed the status, problems, impacts and prospects of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine. The factors that hinder the development of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sphere of economy in modern conditions of managing. The proposed measures on formation of the mechanism of management of business structures to reflect market changes.
