Modern criminology functions

Abstract
In the article criminology functions in modern conditions are considered. The conclusion on the necessity of establishment «criminologist» specialty in the general education of lawyers is justified. Criminologists should be represented in legislative and law enforcement bodies, state power and government, other spheres connected with society safety insurance.
