Modern operating technologies of diagnostication of the economic equilibrium construction enterprises

Abstract
Instability of the environment and inadequate legal framework largely inhibit the formation of effective organizational and economic mechanism, which would promote the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. Of particular importance in ontemporary conditions is an organizational and economic aspect of management to ensure the direction of the enterprise to meet social and personal needs. These questions are quite relevant, especially in permanent complications economic environment and the background of globalization of world markets. This defines the objective need to improve existing and create new scientific and methodological approaches form the organizational and economic mechanism for the effective management and to identify tools and indicators to measure their impact and ensure good governance. Features of functioning of enterprises in Ukraine put up new requirements for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of management, operational efficiency which should be provided as influenced by the improvement of production, labour and management, and capacity of its adaptation to modern conditions of management.
