Abstract
The article considers the main problems in the development of modern internet business. It was shown that Internet commerce is playing an increasingly important role in the expansion and improvement of the Ukrainian market as a whole. Analyzed the existing advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce, identified and discussed the main trends in the development of the Internet business.
