MODERN TECHNIQUES OF COMMAND AND MANAGEMENT METHODS

Abstract

The results of research of the practical application of modern techniques of command and management methods were described. The scope, conditions and consequences of their implementation were discussed. Furthermore the barriers to implementation were shown and guidelines for use of modern techniques of command and management methods in the future were presented.
