Modern trends in improving state regulation for construction

Abstract
The article illustrates a convincing understanding of modern trends in the improvement of state regulation in construction. The place and role of construction in the socio-economic life of the coun- try are determined. The scientific achievements of domestic scientists are systematized. It is noted that in the world in the first place not only the economic status of the country, but also indicators of quality of life, through which opens the path to human happiness and its comfortable existence. The expediency of state regulation of this industry is substantiated.
