The disclosed information transfer benefits to enterprises of innovation in market conditions due to the extension of private counseling. The role of consulting companies in information component of innovative potential of agribusiness. Considers new trends of human resources policy targeting innovative companies aimed at developing innovative and favorable competitive, educated professionals and managers and ordinary employees to service new machinery, equipment and so on.
