Modernization of public budgeting in the context of globalization

Abstract
The article is devoted to modernization of public budgeting in the context of globalization. The article describes the concept of «budgeting», positive and negative aspects of the budgeting process, provided strategic guidance on further reform of the state budget of Ukraine in conditions of globalization.
