Modernization of the State Regulation of Development of Agricultural Enterprises in the Radioactive Contamination Zone: Strategic Approach

Abstract
The article determines the conditions for achieving the goals of modernization of the State regulation of development of agricultural enterprises, due to development of both the public-private mechanism and the multi-sectoral partnerships. As result of the study, the level of implementation of the sectoral program has been evaluated as a form of implementation of the public-private partnership. Economic-environmental principles and tools for both the public-private and the inter-sectoral partnerships have been proposed, which will determine strategic prospects of the modernization changes for the State regulation of development of agricultural enterprises. The target priorities for the inter-sectoral partnership in the development of agricultural enterprises have been determined.
