Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of the domestic financial market. Identified the main shortcomings of its further development and the changes in the normative and legal regulation. Indicated on the specific problems in the field of investment activity in the context of the reform of the financial market. Specified key conditions to attract investments of a long-term nature. Highlighted fundamental flaws of the system of legislative acts regulating investment activity in the financial market.
