MODIFICATIONS OF THE BASIC KEY OF LYING UTTERANCES

Abstract
This article considers modifications of the basic key of lying utterances: politeness, humour, irony, figuration, and fantasy. Ways of exploiting utterances with the modified basic key in order to lead the addressee into deception are exposed.
