Modifying Optimization and Experimental Verification of Hybrid Transmission Gear

Abstract
The exciting force generated by gear system caused the box vibration in the depth hybrid transmission. The poor gear contact state was the main source of transmission noise. By using Kiss soft software,the simulation model of hybrid gear transmission system was established. The gears was optimized and improved by combining tooth trace modification method with tooth profile modification method to improve gear tooth contact condition and driving stability. The noise test of hybrid transmission was undertaken in specific pure electric conditions for verifying optimization effect of gear modification by comparing noise condition oftransmission before and after gear optimization. The experiment results show that the noise of hybrid transmission is obviously reduced and the NVH( noise,vibration,harshness) performance is obviously improved after gear modifying optimization.
