Abstract
The services are becoming more and more significant in Lithuania. The sector of scientific services - is one of the most significant sectors in order to support international growth. During the analysis of value of the scientific services there is encountering with the measurement of services problem. The question arises how to properly measure the value, to what we should pay more attention during the evaluation and so on. In this paper it is going to be delivered the measurement model of the scientific and provided an examples of how this model is applied.
