Abstract
Ivanchenkova L.V. Management information monitoring in the food industry. The article deals with the peculiarities of the formation of a monitoring system for research and accounting of management information at food industry enterprises. Studies have shown that since the analysis usually involves a large number of objects of observation, it is important to unify the methods of designing the results. Therefore, to each section of the plan, the implementation of which is fixed by a certain structural subdivision, the list of issues to be covered, the layouts of the analytical tables, the formulas for calculating the derived indicators, and, in the case of computerized analytical processing of information, are algorithms, that is, detailed instructions should be given instructions on the order of data processing when making the results of the analysis. Questions of the organization of economic analysis become important in modern conditions. Economic analysis should be carried out in food enterprises, in associations, at the level of sectors and industries. The enterprise as the main link of the national economy is a legal entity endowed with all rights and obligations. However, it is the state authorities that create the initial conditions for the normal functioning of any enterprise, association. The hierarchical chain leads from enterprises to sectors and branches, ending with the national authorities of the regulation of the economy at the level of the national economy. All the links in this chain, which are linked with a certain responsibility for fulfilling the tasks of socio-economic development of the country, must carry out an appropriate economic analysis of their implementation. The organizational system and the methodology for such an analysis should be determined by internal regulations and instructions. Key words: monitoring, information, planning, cost, food enterprises.
