Monitoring w miejscu pracy – refleksje na tle aktualnego stanu prawnego

Abstract
Celem niniejszego studium jest podjęcie próby oceny obowiązującego stanu prawnego w zakresie dotyczącym monitoringu w miejscu pracy. Wyjaśniwszy źródła uprawnień kontrolnych pracodawcy, autorka koncentruje swe rozważania na ustaleniu granic owych uprawnień. W związku z tym formułuje warunki dopuszczalności kontroli pracownika, opierając się na analizie nie tylko przepisów prawa pracy, ale także regulacji konstytucyjnych, cywilnych i administracyjnych.
