MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATE OF LIVER OF RATS UNDER HYPOTHYROIDISM AND L-THYROXIN COMBINATION WITH CALCITONIN TREATMENT

Abstract
We studied rat's hepatocytes ultrastructure after 100 days after thyroidectomy by transmission electon microscopy method. Experimental animals received L-thyroxin with calcitonin treatment. It is discovered in research, that thyroidectomy influences on the morphofunctional state of liver of rats. It was stated that use of L-thyroxin and calcitonin as corrective factor, leads to minimal structural changes of animals" liver.
