Abstract
Thus, the problem described in the article is one of the most important and actual problems of modern science, histological homeostasis theory – is the most probable and logical among all existing theories. The proving of this theory will explain cancerogenese mechanism and make possible to find treatment methods for the pathology. The chalone study is also very actual as possible effective method of preventive measures and tumor treatment.
