MORTGAGE CREDITING OF AGRICULTURAL HOLDING AS AN INNOVATIVE VECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The analysis of the current state of crediting agriculture, the monitoring of the need for lending to agricultural enterprises has been analyzed. The problems of granting loans and the ways of their solution are considered, taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in the agrarian sector. It is substantiated that agricultural land can serve as a sufficient and liquid mortgage, which will allow medium and long-term bank loans to be given to farmers.
