Motivating to work in the view of small and medium enterprises’ employees

Abstract

This article presents a discussion of issues connected with motivating employees to work. In this publications, authors presented theoretical view of the issues related to motivating to work as well as results of own research on motivational system in small and medium enterprises of Silesia. The main goal of the article is to define, if the motivational system in enterprises, according the opinions of employees, increases their work effects. Conclusions provide a basis for making decisions related to the motivational system in small and medium enterprises, as well as for establishing specific regulations.
