MOTIVATION AS A MEANS OF INVOLVING STUDENTS OF KSUFTT IN REGULAR TRAINING IN SPORTS SECTIONS AND INDIVIDUAL LESSONS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The problems of students during the lessons of physical education and sports are considered. Quite a large percentage of students do not have sustainable desire to do physical exercises at the lessons of physical education either alone or in sports sections. It is shown that one of the reasons of their low motional activity is the lack of physical education lessons, inadequate assessment of personal health level, irrational organization of vital activity, ignorance of healing effect of physical exercises on the human body. Movement needs formation is a priority in educational and physical activity that is possible only during systematic lessons of physical education and sports. One of the main components of this activity is motivation. The results of the analysis of the leading forms and means of motivating students to individual lessons of physical education and training in sports sections were considered and presented by us. Students especially at the initial stage of their training is the most vulnerable part of young people who faces a number of difficulties associated with the increased training load, insufficient motional activity, relative freedom of students’ life, problems in social and interpersonal communication, intensification of the educational processes, the necessity to combine studies and work, worsening of nutrition. Nowadays, we only hear calls for being fit, but social environment and the actual practice prove worsening of young people health. The level of urbanization, technological progress, comfort is the reason for chronic "motional hunger." The effectiveness of physical training will increase significantly if the algorithm of involving students in regular lessons of physical education and sports under the current socio-economic conditions is developed. It is determined what should be done to develop the lifelong need for physical exercises and sports at different stages of human life. Naturally, motivation of involving students in the physical exercises and sports lessons plays a key role. Students orientation to creative mastering of physical education program requires a well-ordered effect on their intellectual, emotional and volitional and ideological environment for the current understanding of the physical culture of an individual is associated not only with the formation of motional skills, health, but also with the span and depth of knowledge of a person, his motivation and outlook in the field of physical and sports activities. In this regard, a fundamental factor in motivating students in the process of physical education to training in sports sections and individual lessons of physical training is ensuring the optimal theoretical, methodological and practical-medical training.
