MOTIVATION BASES OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF POP SINGING

Abstract
The article deals with the methodological aspects of forming the motivation of future teachers of pop singing to professional self-realization. The essence and content of the concept “motivation” are revealed. The modern viewpoints of scientists concerning stimulation of the motivational sphere of students of musical-pedagogical establishments are analyzed. The groups of motives, the updating of which will promote vocal-creative growth and professional selfrealization of students are determined. The basic principles, which will ensure the formation of fullfledged interests in musical and creative activity, are described.
