Motivation of the personnel on the enterprises in modern economic conditions

Abstract
The motivation for the enterprise should be the central to the development of a strategic personnel management. The reforms that are being implemented in our country cannot bring effective results if they do not provide incentives to work and enterprise in combination with discipline and organization. Nowadays the question of motivation of work at the enterprises raises acutely. The lack of experience of domestic enterprises causes difficulties in personnel management and this leads to borrowing of foreign experience.
