Motivation of training and professional activity as a factor of successful professional formation of a cadet

Abstract
The role of motivation at the stage of cadets’ professional formation is studied in the article. Psychological researches of development of motivation of the professional becoming of future professional are analysed. The professional becoming of student can be presented as a form of professional socialization of personality. It is shown that motivation determines fundamental, pivotal mental formation of a personality – its focus and is a central component of psychological system of activity, including training and professional. Formation of motivation of professional activity is carried out in two directions: conversion of the common motives of an individual into professional and change of the system of professional reasons due to changes in the level of professionalism. Motivation directs a man, moves him to the aim, assists his development, she creates for a man readiness to educational-professional activity, supports interest in her. In future, in the process of implementation of professional activity motivation provides readiness to implementation of professional tasks.
