MOTIVATION SUBMECHANISM OF ENERGY SAVING MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION SYSTEM

Abstract
Applying the systematic approach principles the motivation submechanism of the mechanism of energy saving management in the system of institutions of higher education was formed . It was visualized as a component of ESMMHEIS at the scheme, which let find out the peculiarities of its implementation. The content and role of economic, value, strategic and self-motivation for implementation of energy saving measures and ensuring energy management efficiency in educational institutions are determined. The general criterias of the stability of ESMMHEIS functioning and development are determined by the results of the motivational submechanism decomposition.
