Abstract
In the article the justification of expedience of the business incubator creating at the department of economy of enterprise in Kharkiv national automobile and highway university is conducted. The justification is conducted by the following criteria: conformity of the educational and scientific direction, the availability of the human resources and the possibility of presentation of the results of the business incubator work.
