Motives and methods of motivating investment activity of enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of motives and methods of motivation of investment activity of enterprises. A study was made of various groups of motives that lead to investment transformations, and methods for motivating investment activity of enterprises were identified. Stages of the organizational process of formation and implementation of the investment policy of the enterprise are proposed. The theoretical and methodological bases of an estimation of efficiency of an investment policy of the enterprise are generalized. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment policy of the enterprise includes the formation of a system of indicators that characterize the structure of investment resources, as well as the direction of their investment; an assessment of the correspondence of the actual value of the indicators to their desired value.
