МОВЛЕННЄВА ПОВЕДІНКА СУБ’ЄКТІВ МІЖОСОБИСТІСНОГО КОНФЛІКТУ

Abstract
The article discusses the verbal behavior of interpersonal conflict. The relevance of the study based on the general trends of modern linguistic research to the analysis of the text, with fixed conflict speech development. The purpose of the work is to establish a type of verbal behavior of subjects at different stages of interpersonal conflict. Achieving this goal involves the following tasks: identify models of speech behavior during pre-conflict and conflict stages; set the forms of ending conflicts at the speech level. It was found that the pre-conflict stage of conflict, verbal behavior is determined by knowledge of the subjects of tension. At the stage of conflict development, through the differences between the parties in understanding and assessment of the situation prows up a confrontation, which is caused in part by not following the rules of verbal behavior, but also behavioural manifestations that 'complements' their communicative behavior. At the stage of development, there are three types of verbal behavior: the first type is caused by the participants' understanding of the transition from latent conflict state into an open confrontation, the second – their knowledge of escalation of the conflict, and the third – is recognized by the presence of the phase peak. The end of conflict with low energy emotions 'passes' a long 'way' in which linguistic means can be reserves of all the levels of the language. Factoring inconsistencies of individuals on the communicative level is realized through the use of medium and hard speech tactics, with the deterioration of interpersonal relations, and therefore requires a special behavioral program to restore the emotional 'relationship' between the parties. Further study of the verbal conflict may concern the description of models of its development, which are caused by different strategies of behavior.
