Можливості покращення ефективності лікування пацієнтів з ішемічною хворобою серця та метаболічним синдромом після черезшкірного коронарного втручання з приводу гострого коронарного синдрому без стійкої елевації сегмента ST

Abstract
В статье представлены оригинальные данные об улучшении эффективности лечения (уменьшении системного воспаления, стабилизации обмена липидов, улучшении качества жизни) у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и метаболическим синдромом, перенесших чрескожное коронарное вмешательство по поводу острого коронарного синдрома без стойкой элевации сегмента ST путем добавления к базовой терапии препарата кверцетин в дозе 40 мг 3 раза в сутки в течение 12,07 ± 1,51 мес. Получены результаты по снижению высокоселективного С-реактивного белка (вСРБ) (2,51 ± 0,93, нмоль/л. против 3,12 ± 0,43, нмоль/л.), (р=0,0007), и липопротеинов низкой плотности (ЛПНП) (4,01 ± 0,36, ммоль/л. против 4,29 ± 0,71, ммоль/л.) (р=0,049) в основной группе ІІ (n=33) по сравнению с группой контроля І (n=31), соответственно. А также тромбина: 5,96 ± 1,89, нг/мл. во ІІ группе по сравнению с 3,91 ± 1,43, нг/мл. в I группе, (р=0,0002). Липопротеины высокой плотности (ЛПВП) были достоверно большими (р=0,049) во ІІ группе (1,35 ± 0,41, ммоль/л.) в сравнении с І (1,17 ± 0,34, ммоль/л.).
