MULTI MICRONUTRIENTES Y CONDICIÓN NUTRICIONAL EN INFANTES MENORES DE 03 AÑOS DE UN CENTRO DE SALUD

Abstract
El objetivo fue establecer si existe relación entre la adherencia de los multi micronutrientes y condición nutricional en infantes menores de 03 años en el Centro de Salud Pedro Castro Alva de Chachapoyas – 2019. Enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel relacional, de tipo: observacional, prospectivo, trasversal y analítico. La muestra la conformaron 50 infantes de menos de 3 años atendidos en el centro de salud. Los datos se reunieron usando una ficha de monitoreo, tallímetro y balanza. La hipótesis se contrastó usando la prueba estadística no paramétrica de chi cuadrado, con significancia de 0.05. Los resultados: De la totalidad de infantes menores de 3 años evaluados el 68% cumple con usar los multi micronutrientes. La condición nutricional según peso/edad indica que existe sobrepeso en el 48% y que padece desnutrición el 16%. De acuerdo al peso/talla encontramos que 16% poseen desnutrición severa y 32% se diagnosticó con sobrepeso, y finalmente en talla/edad encontramos que 56% tienen talla normal. En conclusión: No se encontró relación entre la adherencia a multi micronutrientes y la condición nutricional ni función al Peso / Edad (X2 = 4.065; Gl = 2; p = 0.131 > 0.05), Peso/Talla (X2 = 5.150; Gl = 2; p = 0.076 > 0.05) o Talla/Edad (X2 = 4.484; Gl = 2; p = 0.106 > 0.05).
