MULTICRITERIA EVALUATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME IN CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Abstract
The multicriterion estimation considering both basic requirements for transportation and possible risks during load delivery is proposed for planning of international transportation under conditions of uncertainty.
