MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION IN GLOBAL ECONOMY (SELECTED PROBLEMS)

Abstract
Multinational corporations have pervasive and profound impacts on our planet and throughout еѵегу sphere of human life.’ Most of the food we eat, clothes we wear, news we watch, places we work at and the polit- ical systems we live under, are connected to multinational corporations - directly or indirectly. This chapter lines out some of the positive as well as the negative ways in which multinational corporations have affected the world. Focus is put on the impacts multinational corporations have on the developing countries. What has to be kept in mind is that ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ lies in the eyes of the observer.
