Mūšos upės taršos problemos

Abstract
Tyrimo metu – 2011 metų balandžio mėnesį buvo imami vandens mėginiai iš Mūšos upės bei į ją įtekančių ir taršai didžiausios įtakos turinčių upių. Nustatyta, kad Mūšos ir jos intakų vandens tarša nitratais viršijo DLK 3–6 kartus. Daugiausia nitratų nustatyta Kruojos upės žiotyse; bendrojo azoto – Kulpės upėje; nitritai DLK viršija Kulpės upėje, Lėvens upės žiotyse ir Mūšoje žemiau Saločių. Ariamos žemės dalis Mūšos pabaseinyje sudaro 73%, tuo galima aiškinti į upes patenkančius didelius azoto kiekius. Lėvens upėje yra pačios didžiausios fosforo koncentracijos. Jos DLK viršija 2–6 kartus. Tai siejama su intensyvia žemdirbyste ir didesniu gyvenviečių tankiu. Mūšos upei ir pagrindiniams jos intakams būdingas užterštumas organinėmis medžiagomis. Viršytos didžiausios leistinos BDS7 koncentracijos. Pagrindiniai upių vandens taršos biogeninėmis ir organinėmis medžiagomis šaltiniai yra išsklaidytoji tarša iš žemės ūkio teritorijų bei miestų nuotekos. Labiausiai Mūšos upę teršia – intakai Kulpė ir Lėvuo
