Nagłe stany kardiochirurgiczne w praktyce ratownika medycznego. Zatorowość płucna i ostra niewydolność serca spowodowana wadą zastawkową
Journal Title: Na Ratunek - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
The skill of the early diagnosing of sudden health risk states that may need the urgent cardiac surgery intervention is an important element of paramedics’ education. Many of the most common symptoms, like chest pain, dyspnoea or collapse, are often the signs of acute aortic syndrome or pulmonary embolism. Complications of these illnesses can lead to death in a very short time, and therefore it is necessary to make a precise diagnosis, implement an appropriate procedure and to transport a patient to a hospital of the highest referral rate.
