Nagłe zatrzymaniu krążenia w okresie przedszpitalnym – przyczyny, rokowanie, perspektywy leczenia - doniesienie wstępne

Abstract
91 pacjentów po nagłym zatrzymaniu krążenia ( NZK) w okresie przedszpitalnym było leczonych w Pododdziale Intensywnej Opieki Kardiologicznej Szpitala Bielańskiego w latach 2004-2009. Spośród ocenianych chorych, 62 % zmarło w trakcie hospitalizacji. Wśród pacjentów z ostrymi zespołami wieńcowymi jako przyczyną NZK, obserwowano tendencję to niższej śmiertelności u chorych leczonych pierwotną angioplastyką w porównaniu do leczonych zachowawczo.
