Nanotechnology. Definitions and classification
Journal Title: Вісник НТУУ КПІ. Серія Радіотехніка, Радіоапаратобудування - Year 2011, Vol 0, Issue 47
Abstract
A brief literature review to identify and classify areas of nanotechnology that are currently in the process of formation. It is noted that, a single coherent alternative that would form the basis for constructing classifications, does not exist yet. Identified seven key areas ofnanotechnology: nanomaterials, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, nanobiotechnology, nanomedicine, nanoinstrumenty (nanodiagnostics), technologyand special equipment for the creation and production of nanomaterials and nanodevices

Using neural networks for the synthesis of microwave devices
In this work the advantages of neural networks for the synthesis of microwave devices are considered. The problems which can occur using neural networks as the universal approximating system in problems of frequency-sele...
Impedance model for nanostructures
The application of the impedance model for nanoelectronic quantum-mechanical structures modelling is described. Characteristics illustrating the efficiency of the model are presented.
A novel C-/Ku-band coaxial feed horn for reflector antennas
Abstract. Results of theoretical and experimental investigation of a novel dual frequency coaxial-horn conical horn antenna have been presented. Main part. The antenna design merges two concepts, namely: a dielectric rod...
Mathematical model of digital optoelectronic spectrum analyzer
Background. Digital optoelectronic spectrum analyzer (DOSA) used for spatial-frequency analysis of two-dimensional signals occupies a significant place among optical information processing systems. Diaphragms and the pho...
Two dimensional microwave imaging of shielded objects
Introduction. Microwave imaging is noninvasive method for determination objects internal structure (complex dielectric permittivity) by means of electromagnetic fields. Algorithm for solving microwave imaging problem of...
