Abstract
The article сharacterizes the state of the administrative legislation in the sphere of processing and processing of personal data, it examines problematic issues that require quick resolution in order to ensure the realization of human rights in the information sphere. On this basis directions for the development of administrative legislation in the field of circulation and processing of personal data were formulated.
