NATURAL SUBSTANTIATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN J. LOCKE AND G. HEGEL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the natural-law justification of intellectual property based on the materials of the works of J. Locke and G. Hegel. Critical analysis of the arguments of these authors is provided. It is argued that the right of intel- lectual property cannot be retrieved from property rights.
