SOCIAL DIALOGUE AS ANINSTRUMENT OF SOCIAL AND EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS REGULATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article explores the role of social dialogue in regulating labor relations and their components in the field of labor. The analysis of the concept of “social power” with the purpose of revealing its impact in conditions of social and labor rela- tions is carried out. The essence of the regulation of labor relations in conditions of social dialogue between trade unions, employers and employees is characterized.
