NATURE AND CONTENTS OF MAIN FACTORS AFFECTING TRANSFORMATION PROCESS VALUES OF MODERN UKRAINIAN YOUTH. SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The formation of youth value orientations affect the following factors: 1) socio-economic: the existence of shad-ow economy; the effect of large foreign capital; own large concentration of financial capital, genetically associated with power; saving significant (although it is not limited to big business) government regulation of the economy; Ukrainian migration abroad; Low labor (and, in general, social) mobility in the labor market; large-scale distribution of poverty; limited possibilities of upward mobility; the marginalization of Ukrainian society. 2) socio-political, bu-reaucratic rule as counterparty society; social irresponsibility of the ruling elite; undeveloped civil society and legal insecurity of citizens; focus power in the interests mainly of the upper strata of society and business; specificity civil identity in the modern Ukrainian society (identity crisis); 3) socio-cultural, moral features in transitional societies – the emergence of «paradoxical man»; reducing the role of the family in the education of young people; Integration distorted «deological code»n the minds of young people through the use of the national system of education «mosaic knowledge» the phenomenon of secularization; weakening of the integrative function of culture in the Ukrainian so-ciety. Naturally, that the leveling of the spiritual components of value orientations of the young generation in general a negative impact on building social relations, leading to fragmentation of Ukrainian society, and, therefore, the loss of opportunities out of permanent crisis.
