НАУКОВЕ ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ СУТНОСТІ ПОНЯТЬ «ОБМЕЖЕНЬ У ВИКОРИСТАННІ ЗЕМЕЛЬ» І «ОБТЯЖЕНЬ ПРАВ НА ЗЕМЕЛЬНУ ДІЛЯНКУ»

Abstract
Здійснено наукове обґрунтування змістовної складової понять «обмежень у використанні земель», «обтяжень прав на земельну ділянку» із позицій економічної та правової категорій. На основі систематизації поглядів вітчизняних учених, чинних норм законодавства України та особистих міркувань виокремлено загальні характеристики вищезазначених понять і доведено необхідність у їх розмежуванні. В статті запропоновано авторське визначення досліджуваних понять.
